This store is simply amazing. The employees really understand the products. Anybody looking for a nursing bra or baby carrier would appreciate the high level of service at this establishment. Their nursing consultations are top notch. This is a one stop shop and I highly recommend them.

Bought a tank top from there that I had seen online, and also at buy buy baby, I bought the product at milkface to support a local business, but one of my friends gave me the exact same tank top so I no longer needed this tank top. They do not do returns only exchanges. Though if I had bought the shirt online or a buy buy baby I would’ve been able to return it for my full amount,so now I am stuck with a $74 gift receipt that I will never use. I was also never told it was exchange only at the time I purchase the top.

Absolute best place for nursing mothers and parents. Don't make the same mistake we made: make this your first stop!The people who work there are so helpful, knowledgeable and lovely. We've purchased nursing bras and an infant carrier (yes, you can try the carriers out here to compare!)Go there now (well, make sure they're open, then go now!)

I had a wonderful experience here searching for nursing bras and in the end this was the only place I bought all of mine. The salesperson was so helpful measuring me and offering styles of bras that I preferred while offering me honest advice over what would work best for me, not just offering me whatever was the most expensive. They even can send you an email listing the styles and sizes of other bras that you might be considering so if you need another you don't have to remember what it was later. That was so amazing since preparing for a baby requires enough of my memory as is!I highly recommend the shop as the prices are great and the staff really friendly!

Absolutely amazing experience with IBCLC Beth during our 1on1 consult. Truly an angel for breastfeeding mamas! Also received help with a fit check for my mama kangaroo even though they don't actually sell that kind of stretchy wrap. Highly recommend!!!

This store is amazing! The staff go above and beyond to help their customers. I ordered some really cute suck pads online and they came the very next day! The place to go for anything nursing related! Would highly recommend this store to any nursing mama! Wish I lived in Ottawa!
