The tub restoration looked great. We did not use the tub for the prescribed days as told. When I went to use the shower I noticed that the faucet and on /off plate was completely detached from the tile. There were absolutely no issues prior to the work being done. And the faucet and on/off plate was completely secured to the tile prior to the restoration. We contacted the company and the individual that came out said they are not responsible for the issue and would not make it right. He said "don't know what to tell you". He would not even attempt to make the situation right. We paid $700 for the restoration job and they made more work for us and left us with an issue we didn't have prior to the work. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and inability to rectify a problem they caused. Will not recommend this company.
