Contact Daniella to discuss what? Just to be told the exact same nonsense as the last time? Stop investing in FAKE REVIEWS for your franchises & stop STEALING to make a daily bread,you bunch of low class thieves...When Electric cars start to take over you'll all be out of jobs,can't wait....You bunch of lowlifesWaste of time.An elderly lady basically ignored my complaints when I told her that the Mr.Transmission on Jane & Lawrence lied about changing a solenoid in my transmission.How is it possible to drop off the car just before closing time & then telling me to pick it up when you guys just opened the following day....After bringing it to the dealer( Lexus dealer to be exact) I was told that all Mr.CROOKED Transmission did was change the transmission fluid.I was charged by Mr.Transmission $689.00 when the Lexus dealer charged me $224.00 for the part & $265 for labour.Way less than what the crooks @ Mr. Transmission charged & all they wanted to do was change the transmission,telling me he usually charges $2700 but he can charge $2200.I reported the matter to this so called Coperate office & was basically told the "guy said he changed the solenoid". First class THIEVES...Anyways I wouldn't expect less from a franchise company....Oh yeah before I forget, I asked the guy for the old solenoid for proof & he told me "oh we threw it out already & the guy who collects the garbage came early to get it".Smh Car is running perfect now no thanks to you bunch of thieves who're quick to always run to rebuild the transmission.
