Client Review on Money Mailer
Feedback:
We received our mockup an hour and a half before the deadline. After expressing what we wanted changed, it was taken out of the mailer for the month. They go from apologizing to telling us it was our fault. Supposedly their server was down when I sent pics and that's their reasoning for the late mockup. That's not an excuse. Horrible customer service in my opinion.
