These guys are great. Our realtor recommended them for the purchase of our house and we couldn't have been more please with them. We worked with David on our latest mortgage and he was great. Very professional, very courteous, and very thorough. I know we weren't the easiest to work with given the way my salary at my business is structured, but David worked through all the hoops and got it done. Like I said before, my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with how Mortgage Choice handled everything. I would highly recommend them for any one looking for a mortgage.

Excellent professional service, but mostly pleased with quick turnaround. Traditional banks would take 45-60 days and Brad got it done in less than 30 days. That is the reason I chose a mortgage broker. I have done that now for years with several properties and have been very satisfied. Brad was available almost anytime and I could have called anytime but chose to be respectful of his time. Regular banks rotate staff and disappear after about 4:00 and never are available on weekends. Would call Brad again With no hesitation.

I cannot be lukewarm in my comments about the quality of the service provided by Mortgage Choice. These folks are the BEST!!I have used them for financing and refinancing three homes in the past twenty years--and for financial advice about a fourth--and have always found them to be candid, accurate, punctual and professional in every detail. Add in a heaping cupful of old-fashioned friendliness and you have a team of financial helpers second to none. You may find a bigger, fancier outfit but you will not find a better one at any price!

Brad is the man! He made the mortgage process simple and had the best rate around. He was always available to answer questions over the phone, even after hours, and was speedy to answer email inquiries. Working with Brad was a pleasure, and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a home loan.

David met with my me and my wife as walk-ins about an hour before closing time, and he couldn't have been more delightful to speak to! He gave us all of the information we needed and helped us make some critical decisions early on as first-time home-buyers. He also recommended the perfect realtor for us, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and helped us close faster and at a lower rate than we thought was possible. Despite the little confusion toward the end, it was a great experience work with Brad. Whenever I have questions about the loan or any recommendations, he always get back with me as soon as he can. He helped me find a great rate for homeowner insurance. It was a pleasure working with him.
