Feedback:

One of the worst I've lived in Toronto. This place is crazy. I get letters at my door with spelling mistakes. Most of them don't even involve me . My biggest issue is that the accessible doors are often inaccessible. I take that star back i had to rate in order to post my love letter. I stay here because I love my home in Toronto. It's loud and dirty everywhere , isn't it? I'm being cheeky now.

Feedback:

Showed up for a BOOKED appointment manager said there was no record of it but received multiple reminder emails about it from Realstar!! Manager told me to basically leave and she wouldn't show me any units!!

Feedback:

One of the worst experience I've ever have with this company No response from the manager in the building and district manager for our area, in spite of calk him 6 days and took message 3 times. It is terrible service and attitude, take seriously these feedback

Feedback:

Well I believe it's one of the better company's in this province, higher ups respond quickly in a timely manner, I see everything first hand day in day out, very good Landlord, very good employer, Vero good all around.

Feedback:

I live in 5 brookbanks for 7 years now. It used to be a very nice place until realstar took over. The management stuff is literally garbage. Doesn't matter how nice you try to talk to them they are straight up rude. I'm waiting for the kids to finish the school and I will never live in a building managed by realstar again.

Feedback:

If I could post a lower score, I would. This company has the worst management team. They tell you to "F*** Off," don't shovel walkways, or salt to ensure it's safe for children or seniors alike. They also don't follow up on their guarantee of customer service excellence. The unprofessionalism at Towns On Ravine in its current state is despicable. Being demeaned and talked down to. Given constant excuses via email explaining nothing useful, but always appearing in need of having the last say on everything. Regional Managers also do not reply to your messages and you simply will get sent to voicemail all the time. Congratulations for doing all your transactions online, it seems efficient; but in actual fact employees are not trained on how to correspond with tenants / residents respectfully and with dignity.

Feedback:

Manager yells at their tenants and nothing gets done about it. Customer service guaranteed I just don't see that when paying such high rent. Two couples running the building but only one couple looks like they are doing all the work meanwhile the other couple sits in the office for 9 hours talking to everyone? Many issues with realstar so I suggest you look realFAR.

Feedback:

Submitted an application to a building in London on September 16, after 11 days of getting the run around from the on-site staff, and no return phone calls from the district manager as I was advised by head office in Toronto to talk to, the building finally calls me back to tell me that the unit wanted was gone but they had a different unit they could put my application in on. Leary of the whole situation I agree. Thursday the 28th I get a call, that my credit was not approved but my cosigner's was amazing and they saw no reason for me not to get the unit, they were just waiting for an over ride from their manager to accept my cosigner's. Friday the 29th, I called at 4 pm to follow up and was advised again that the they were just waiting for the over ride but that the didn't see anything being a problem. I explained that I had to give my notice to my current property manager Sunday at the latest and was told it would be ok. I give notice Sunday, to get a call Monday morning saying my application had been denied even though my cosigner's credit is amazing. So long story 16 days of poor customer service, giving my notice to move to my property manager, and now I have no apartment. Oh and still no call from the district manager. Seriously?

Feedback:

We have attempted to contact someone at Realstar with some issues we are trying to resolve at one of the sites that they over-see. For the past 2 years there has been constant construction and renovations. Rents have gone up substantially however the building does not reflect their rents. The management group is inefficient and not really too concerned with dealing well with the tenants. I have left repeated voice mails with no return calls. We are residences here however would never consider living in a complex overseen by Realstar again.

Feedback:

i live at 1020 pembridge square in kingston apt 107 i have had a water issue in my bathroom since dec. 2016 and nobody could tell me why,i have been wearing running shoes in my bathroom so my feet don't get soaked this past friday i slipped and fell and went to hospital and had a chipped elbow. it was quite amazing when i got home from hospital because i had to miss work they had plumbers in and fixed the problem cracked flange.it took 7 months to fix a leak in my toilet and had to get hurt for something to be done.as a company your compensating me 500 dollars for my trouble one day's pay that i missed is 300.the young girl that looks after my building is very nice but think the way this was handled was ridiculous.
