Experienced some shocking fraud from one of the Houston locations. Cannot get anyone at corporate to call me back to discuss .. have left several messages. Steer clear of this business at all costs!

Motel 6 in grand prairie...terrible place to stay!!!! The room was nasty at check in and stayed that way the whole weekend...not to mention...NO CABLE!!!! NO PHONE!! G6 is just as bad as the hotel!! Ill NEVER give any hotel under g6 management my business!!!

BRYAN STATION , TEXAS HIGHWAY........AWFUL. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS PLACE. FRONT STAFF WAS NICE, BUT THE ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING. Not a good idea. Floors were filthy, Holes in the bathroom wall, shower rod hanging out of the wall. No soap, no shampoo, no dryer or iron. Just a bed, sink and tub. Have no expectations staying here. At 11:00 am checkout the phones go off and someone knocks on your door stating time to leave. We got in so late the night we stayed here we had no other option Game weekend and the charge was 100 a night. Def taking advantage of that. It is a 30.00 a night hotel and they need to disclose that they offer nothing but a bed and bathroom. TIME TO TAKE SOME INTEREST IN YOUR HOTELS CORP OFFICES. REVIEW OF THIS ONE ON LINE SHOW MORE OF A DRUG HOUSE.

Okay I know I'm a little ignorant of the process but how can you charge a customer $57 tax included everything the one night $57 the second night 65 the next what's up with that are you trying to run your customers off. You really got problems with the folks in corpus Christi Texas they'll come in on your room without knocking. Housekeeping did me twice that way I don't appreciate it if that was a way I could have left this motel room without paying the $65 third night fee I would have done it but I was taken advantage of and I want everybody else to know about it too. This was the manager doing this to me I ask for the manager she said she was the manager. Time for a change!

Just tolerable nothing else. Your money is worth way more than you get from motel 6. These are the kinds of business that cost small towns revenue by losing return vacationers. Way to go revenue killers.

This company is a joke. The level of service they prodvide was terrible. I was on the phone trying to reach Andrew the area district manager looks like they dont even have basic courtesy of call back regarding the complaint I filed.. I wonder if G6 hospitality is hiring people from the streets. I was on phone for over an hour and still nothing got resolved. Probably the people who gave 5 star review are their own employees trying to show positive image. What a joke.Update... I called asking for a refund they wouldn't even come on the phone. This company is a joke. I wouldn't be surprised if they go bankrupt in next few years. The service they provide is terrible. STAY AWAY

Hands down the worst hospitality company in the world. Everyone gets underpaid and overworked. Roughly 90% of the properties operated by G6 are an absolute disaster and need remodeling like 10 years ago. Directors don’t have college degrees and the trainers are snobby and don’t prepare you for anything that you deal with on the job. Don’t work here cause nobody likes this place and if you put it on your resume you get laughed at when applying to real hospitality jobs. G6 I hate you and hope someday you close down for good.
