When we had a slow draining kitchen sink over the weekend we called Mr Rooter and shortly after Chad Bacon showed up. He went straight to work only to discover that it was not clogged but our pipe had a “ belly”.Chad started explaining to us what this meant and what needed to be done and answered any questions we had. He went to work the next day to fix our problem which would take about a week. While working on our pipe , he kept us informed of what his findings were and the work he did. After a long week our pipe was brand new and Chad did everything he could to take as much of the stress away that this plumbing issue caused.Chad and Mr Rooter is our go to plumber! We couldnt ask for better service! And Chad will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right!Thank you Chad for everything!
