Terrible service! I brought in a formal dress to have steam pressed and when I picked up the dress 3 days later, it was actually more wrinkled than when I brought it in. Plus they up-charged me for beading on the bodice when I clearly stated that the only portion of the dress that needed steaming was the skirt. So, I paid $21.35 for NOTHING! I wish I'd just skipped the whole ordeal. I still have a wrinkled dress! This was my first AND LAST time using their services.
