Actually I almost blew a gasket at the first time was a little bit rude but then when I explain my problem clearly he was actually very helpful and made up for the fact being rude at the end of the day we all have a job to do And you can’t satisfy every customer I get that so that’s why I gave him 3 stars he tried to help me And I give points for effort
