I took my laptop here for hinge repair, and he broke the touch screen. He offered no solutions and did not take any responsibility. I couldn't even close it after I picked it up. It wasn't a small crack either. $1000 laptop with a repair that would have initially cost $80-150. Now? Broken. Hopefully not beyond repair and under 500.
