Don't sign up for this place!PLEASE be aware, you have to sign a contract - often over a year (for me it was TWO YEARS!!!!), to even find out what their diet plan is. If you don't tolerate it or don't like it, it's too bad. You still have to pay the monthly dues for the length of your contract to this place - or your account will be sent to collections.The first check-in I did, I had mostly (98%) followed their plan (very low carb diet). I wrote EVERYTHING down that I was supposed to, drank all my water, did all my workouts, the first week and a half I had lost 6 pounds. I was excited!But the fact that I had not eaten all the veggies at this certain meal (ummm... I was full and I'm not going to eat more of anything once I'm full), and I had a SMALL amt of chocolate a couple of times a week, or I had my fruit for breakfast instead of dinner... I had messed up. I wasn't "following" the plan.Well... be warned, this place does not look at flexibility as an option. After talking with the coach, I felt like I was failing. I had lost 6 pounds!!! I was not failing! I wanted a coach to support me, not nit pick at everything that I didn't do! I needed support the way that I could do their plan.I think they couldn't give that support or they would be authorizing something outside their plan. It's so sad.So... if you like 100% rigidity, this plan is for you.IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN WHICH THERE IS SOME FLEXIBILITY THIS IS NOT THE PLAN FOR YOU!!!!!Just don't sign up in the first place.You have been warned....
