Noble Roman's always brings me back to my childhood. Always used to get it as a kid, going over to Grandma's for the weekend. I was in the area and decided to stop in and pick up a pie to take back home. The service was friendly and prompt, and my order was exactly how I wanted it. I'm a fan of the deep dish Sicilian with light sauce, as I'm not a big pizza sauce guy. But it's just the right amount that way. I remember as a kid my favorite part of a trip to NR's was the window into the kitchen, where I could watch my pizza being made, and it makes me happy to see it is still there.
