Don’t sell your clothes here. They took 3 items from me but never even called back to let me know. I had to call back few days later to find out that they put my money into store credit and I couldn’t get cash back because they claimed they only hold for 2 days until they store your money into store credit. Unprofessional place! I wasted my time here. Try Plato’s closet if anything.

I went here the other day, and i absolutely loved the customer service, and the way they were so helpful with every question i had, the selection of clothing for the high end brands i was looking for, i forsure will be referring this store to my family and friends, and i will be coming back again!!

Thanks to the two girls working there who were looking at their phones when I walked in and refused to look at my stuff because they were closing at six. The store had no one in it so I guess they were just too busy playing on their phones to help anyone....this is the second time I've been there and the customer service between here and their other store Children's Orchard is appalling, but I guess that's why I never see anyone shopping at these stores!

Hey teenagers and parents of teenagers - you have to check out this store! They carry the latest fashions that teenagers are wearing - but at a fraction of the price. You can also earn some serious cash by selling your teen's gently used clothing to NTY Clothing Exchange. The store looks great and customer service is top notch. You will not be disappointed!
