DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is way too rude and unhelpful for the price you pay. UNPROFESSIONAL AS YOU COULD POSSIBLY GET. I came in and politely said hello. No response from the man with a mustache standing there. HE DIDN’T EVEN LOOK UP TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME. He grunted, “phone number.” I gave him my number. He counted my shirts and was tallying up the bill. It was 10 in the morning and I politely asked if I could pick them up sometime the next morning (thinking 12 hours is enough to press 5 collared shirts). He loudly and condescendingly said “yea but that will cost you extra.” I said “okay, when can I pick them up so I don’t have to pay extra?” He immediately got irritated and shook his head and said “4 o’clock.” I reluctantly agreed and said “ok thats fine. Can you please fold them for travel? They will be going in a suit case.” He got even more irritated! ROLLED HIS EYES, sighed while shaking his head. I immediately said “what’s the problem? I thought thats what cleaners do.” MIND YOU HE HAS STILL NOT EVEN LOOKED UP AT ME THIS ENTIRE TIME. I should have honestly just grabbed the shirts and walked out. I was just asking to please fold them, why the disgusting attitude? The next day I came back to pick them up. SAME THING JUST A DIFFERENT DAY AND FROM A DIFFERENT PERSON. I walked in and again, politely said hello to the heavy set women with brown hair. No response, just an awful glare as if I had just done her a great disservice by walking in. She says “phone number.” I gave it to her. She grabs my bag and aggressively shoves it to me. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. I am not making this up. How this place is still in business is beyond me. It's messy, sub par, and in NO position to be rude to customers. Take your money elsewhere.

First thing is they do take attention to detail with your dry cleaning and lots of unnecessary protecting things that people just discard. They are pricey but make sure you give any coupons before dropping off your clothing. I took the coupon and they wouldn't honor for a wedding dress, nor would they honor the coupon upon picking up dry cleaning with repairs saying it was two separate orders that I needed to give coupon bwfore dropping off clothes. I spent $185 for wedding dress, $50 for two suits and 3 small dress repairs. Too bad they lost my business for poor customer service stating her boss would not honor the coupons when it was the same girl who wouldn't honor coupon for the wedding dress when I showed the coupon when dropping off clothes. Absolutely poor customer service and taking my business elsewhere.
