We were very disappointed with our service from OctoClean. Unfortunately the franchise your area, so if the person that owns your territory does not do a good job, they do not have any other options for you. We had our building left open over night, cleaner just not show up, and when he did only did partial work. We tried to rectify the situation, clarify our expectations, but once our building was left un-secure, we had to move on.
