Do not use this company for oil changes or any other service especially at the Mississauga location on Dundas street.I took my car for an oil change and one of them came to me and told me $150.00 for oil change. In the office, the other person who was working on the computer told me there is a $30.00 charge for re-setting the car computer and that the total will be $198.00. I said OK. Finally they charged me $210.00 for 9 liters of synthetic oil. After one of the workers said to me we could not reset your car computer, I asked them why did you charge me for it if you can't reset it? They changed their word and said we did not say that. They charged me $30.00 for no reason but it was already paid by my debit card. I took their bill and threw it on their floor. This is a crook-company and their business is not up to Canadian standards. Their Oil is barrel Oil so who knows if it was synthetic or not. I am going to ask the head office for the return of $30.00 and will write my complaint to the Better Business Bureau of canada as well.
