Client Review on oilgard.com
Feedback:
Been going to an Oil Gard location in London since it started. Last time I went to this one it had changed hands. I arrived with no appointment and was told not today. Told clerk I've never made an appointment but just arrived and usually got the job done. Not today, so I said I'll come back and I did. Two days later and I was the only customer on site. Told needed to make an appointment. I said no thanks and drove 2 minutes down the road to Nationwide Oil spray where I waited in line for 10 minutes and got in. While in the employees started drilling holes in my sill and doors and I asked are there not holes already? I was shown and there were no holes. So the question is how did Oil Gard apply their product to this car last fall? I guess we'll never know since this is my new go to get it done right and quick location. PS - My other car was also done at Oil Gard and it does have the holes drilled into key areas. Shame on you Oil Gard.In response to the owner I would add that I have been a customer of Oil Gard as far back as the days it was located on Dundas St near Hale St. I have had on average 2 vehicles oiled each year and even had tow hitches installed. I recall the owner at Charterhouse one time giving me access to a free car wash on Adelaide St near Central Ave. The location I encountered my posted issue was on Charterhouse and the date was the same day I posted about Oil Gard and the other guy. As for why my post shows 2 months ago that is not mine, it's google doing that. Your employee at the time was a female on both days I attended and she said ownership has changed and appointments only. The only reason I updated this post is to let you know Mr. Owner I didn't like your accusation I have never attended an Oil Gard. PS. I do hope you still employ that tall skinny fella who barely fits under the lifts because he is what makes your establishment worthwhile going to.
