This is a hidden treasure and the only place I know of in the Woodlands that carries dried morels. They have an excellent selection of oils and vinegars but be sure to look at the salts as well. They provide a much better value over Vom Fass and have a better selection and quality than anything you will find at your grocery store (including whole foods). This will be a regular for my pantry restocking and they are conveniently located near HEB and Specs!

Best place ever. Best owners ever. They make closing baskets for TeamSinisi Real Estate Group and our clients love them. I think I have tasted all 29 flavors. Lime olive oil??? WoW!

Amazing products and customer service! I commissioned The Oilerie to create some custom gift baskets for clients and friends. Everyone loved them their baskets! As a native Italian, I can attest that their oils are exquisite and authentic. Also, Greg and Jo Anna, the owners, are wonderful and professional people. If you truly want to know what good olive oil taste like this is the place to go. The owner is usually working on premises and is happy to share the story of the Italian olive oil and help you with your choices. You won't go back to buying all of oil from supermarkets
