TREVOR is HORRIBLE! Not only does he talk down to people, he hurt my cockatiel. While trimming him, Trevor somehow let him loose. My poor bird hit the window twice and Trevor sarcastically told me, "Well you don't have to freak out". I don't have to freak out?!!! My bird just hit the window twice and now is probably injured because he is unprofessional! The other customers were way more concerned than he was, knowing that hitting a window could kill them. In my hurry to put my recaptured bird back in his cage, I broke off the door spring which Trevor immediately tried to blame for the bird getting loose. If my bird does not recover, I will be talking to Omar. Omar never should have let Connor go. Connor was the epitome of professional bird and customer care. I will be learning how to cut my birds nails myself. Will not be going back until Trevor no longer works there.
