I became a franchise owner since March 1sth of this year in IL, I did all the paperwork, I give them all the information they need and ask me for, but since then I been having trouble every month to get my payment first month not payment I ask and complain a week after they pay me by check, when they supposed to pay me by direct deposit, second payment still don't have direct deposit set up why I don't know, I complain send me another check by mail, 8 day after but guess what, they only pay me half of my money, still waiting for the rest after 13 days already and still don't have any thing, thinking about some options if it happens the same thing this coming 27

Openworks has a very good training program and easy to get started with a minimum intial investment. I started about 18 years ago with $12,500.00 to purchase $3,000.00 dollars p/month accounts. I currentely I operate monthly revenue of $55k-$65K. Openworks management staff are always there to help and eager to resolve any customer needs and improve relathionships. If you have a passion and you are business minded and willing to give 100% effort Openworks can help you become a success.

Waste of time money and resources. Do not become a franchisees unless you want to work for free pay employees from your own pocket and not be compensated by Openworks. They will not pay for the accounts you have provided servicing. They will give you underbid accounts or account that are too far to take away any profit. I have been patient with these people for almost a year as I started with them on 3/9/2018. I asked to cancel my account several times only to be told we will fix it which is not true. I have serviced accounts that I still have not been paid for. These guys are unethical with clients and also franchisees. They will reassign accounts to different people so they get paid and leave you holding the bill literally. This has already happened to me on more than one occasion. I agree with the guy below.

I thought they had a good franchise model but their lack of support is very unfortunate. Be wary because they will disappoint you. As with most sales pitches and schemes, if it’s not in writing then it doesn’t matter. No matter what they say verbally, unless it is physically in writing then it DOES NOT matter. Whether it's about clients, district managers, or customer service, they will say whatever you want to hear but not uphold it. They will refer back to their agreement only when it is convenient for them. I am very unhappy with their customer service and lack of support after buying into their franchise.
