The ambiance was very calming. Everyone was professional. My experience with a full body massage was amazing. Shay the masseuse had gentle yet strong magic fingers that got into all the tight spots and released all the knots. He was respectful and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Cathy did my facial. Her gentle soft fingers made my face glow. I definitely will go again and recommend this place.

I made an appointment for an hour massage at 1pm. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. When I arrived I paid the parking meter for 2 hours. When I got to the front door it was locked. I called multiple times and waited 23 minutes before someone said they would open the door. I drove off at 1:32pm and finally received a call back asking where I was. This was a birthday gift and the element of surprise was ruined. Not to mention I took a day off and was not able to get the massage. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but there was no apology and they didn't offer to rebook the appointment.

Very clean and comfortable spa. I felt right at home. My massage and facial were grade A. Very satisfied. Will be back again and again.

My husband wrote a review in my stead when I told him of my experience here. The massage I received crossed boundaries it should not have. It was downright inappropriate. I was also blatantly offered a “service” that would not and should not be offered at a spa by the man performing the services. As I would usually go for services around this time of year, I happened upon here to notice my husband’s review was removed. Great business practice.

I've had my legs waxed here 2 times. The lady that does the waxing is really nice and takes her time. The reason for the 3 stars is because the lighting in the wax room is terrible. The lady missed a couple of spots because of the poor lighting. When she was finished, she looked over my legs and then she asked me to check as well. I didn't see any hair left over while in the room because you can't see well in there. I got back home and noticed it right away. I purchased a groupon for 3 sessions so I'll be going back for my 3rd session. Hopefully they'll get better lighting so I can continue going after my groupon is up.

My facial was done by Cathy. She was very warm and explained every step..I felt relaxed and was not overwhelmed by scents because the products she used was either very mildly scented or not at all. My face is glowing! I'm a satisfied customer...can't wait to go back.
