I will never be back. I broke my fith metartasal, xray showed significant gap. First visit the Doctor that saw me put me in a boot and told me that I would only need to go back two more times. Second visit, after they called me into a room they told me that I had to go back to first floor for xray ( remember I had broken foot)they knew I needed an xray, they should have sent me there first or at least offered me a wheel chair. No one cared.I was told to continue with boot and crutches 2 more weeks.The front desk told me that I did not have to wait for handicapped letter authorization so Dep of Vehicles could give me Temp Decal. Day after I go to pick up Decal, copies are not accepted, you need to present original letter signed by Doctor. I called Ortho now and the supervisor tells me that I need to go back to pick up letter. I had to drive again 25 minutes, when I was there just the day before. Supervisor tells me that her staff is not trained and they did not know, orginal letter is needed. Imagine all this struggle.After a month of loosing weeks from work, not improvement,I went to a well Recommended Doctor who performed surgery immediately, the fracture would have never healed, the bones were not touching. Because a month went by since original fracture, is worst.Now in recovery. If I had gone to proper Doctor I would be at the end of recovery. I give them negative stars The only 2 people I have nice things to say for their kindness is Barbara and PA Yanira.
