Management as well as Area Supervisor does not address customer complaints or concerns. Management bullies and intimidates customers with verbal abuse and aggression. Unprofessional and disgusting behavior from the "leadership" at this location. Avoid at all costs!!(Store #3300 Foley, Alabama)

Worst pizza place !! I'm so disappointed I'll just stick to pizza hut ..they are so friendly.....papa jhons managers are so rude ...I ordered on line a 24 piece buffalo wings..when my order got here the wings had no sauce..I called and spoke to the manager ..she told me there's nothing she can do because there not in charge of online orders...and that she couldn't fix or replace my order!!! Now I'm stuck with wings that have no sauce!!! Last time I order from this place

I ordered a $29 pizza and cookie to be delivered. Yea that was an hour ago. I called to speak to a manager who told ne herself that she would not eat a pizza that was over an hour fir the money. Offered to make another pizza and have it delivered in 20 minutes. They have 2 minutes to show up with afresh hot pizza. Girl just showed up. Manager never called her up to deliver original pizza. Also manager hung up on me.TOTAL TIME 1 5 HOURS. I WILL NEVER GO TO POPPA JOHNS AGAIN. NOT THAT IT IS A BIG DEAL...After all they are rated at a 2 3. Wish i would have read reviews for the Ramsey St. Fayetteville, NC StoreSidebar:: the Works Pizza only had half pizza toppings. What a RIP off!If i could leave a zero rating I would.

Ordered a pizza from the store in Williston, ND and when the pizza was delivered he was rude on the phone and 20 minutes late, and we were fine, we are reasonable but when we started eating the pizza my fiancé found a pubic on her pizza! So we called the manager and requested that he make it right, and when the new pizza was delivered the delivery driver was immediately confrontational and accused me of being a racist! I never said anything that could remotely be misconstrued as racist! He then tried to pick a fight with me and refused to refund my money or give us new pizza! He was rude and all he wanted was to pick a fight with someone. I will filing a formal complaint with corporate and I will never eat at papa johns again. Managers are Corey and sun in Williston both were very rude!

Its sad my family had to wait almost an hour for pizza from papa johns in palatka, fl.Then when my husband called the young manager said there is nothing he can do.Never again we will deal with other pizza places instead.
