My favorite is ... Belgian chocolate and the Salt Pond gelati. I love the way the Salt Pond gelato plays in my palate after a meal.I count myself as one of the fortunate firsts who have tasted Papalani Gelato's signature creation for Tortilla Republic Grill and Margarita Bar (located in Kukuiula Village). A Mexican chocolate gelato with a mild chili pepper fusion that warms the back of your throat and takes the chocolate notes to a new plateau.
