Goodwin decided to post the job on our local craigslist. Our local talent pool isn’t the greatest. That’s why we hired Goodwin, to look outside of what we ourselves were capable of doing. They sent me a totally unqualified candidate. I hired him just to have another body in the kitchen. This person is not of Chef quality at all, not why I took the time to use Goodwin at all. Now Goodwin insists on collecting their fee. $5000 to get an employee to be Chef with credentials to be a dish washer! Thanks Goodwin, you are a total waste of anyone’s time and money.
