I know this place has high reviews but my experience was not so good. The waiter seemed to not care much and just kind of dropped the plates on the table. I had the filet and it was almost like it was actually round steak and not a filet and was fatty. For the price of our bill I expected much more. I do have to say that the atmosphere and setup was outstanding. The waiters also came to the rescue after a wine spill incident which is why I gave them 3 stars and not two.

We stop at Patsy's at least once every time we visit NYC (2-3 times/year). Family-run business never disappoints. Food is great and service is "typical" New York - fast, a bit curt, but always friendly and caring.

First stop in NYC and had to try the pizza. We were here pretty late Friday night and the place was empty. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. She took care of us right away.We ordered one pizza to share as they were massive. Ordered a couple of beers. Pizza was good, satisfactory. Wish the place was a little more updated, but nevertheless food was good.
