I've never had an issue with PaySimple. We've been using them for about a year now, and recently added ACH transactions to our account. PaySimple worked with my new business when no other processor would, which was important for our start up. Not only were they willing to offer their services without 2 years of business history like traditional banks, they do it for cheaper and with way better customer support.Edit: We no longer use PaySimple since we've switched to using MindBody and have to use their billing service. However... I miss PaySimple for their great customer service. I might be leaving MindBody in favor for PaySimple so we can have a product that isn't overly complicated for the sake of charging a higher price.
