okay so to be honest i did not have the greatest experience with pearl paradise as i waited longer than expected to receive my parcel, and before i did i had to send countless emails to get some attention,little did i know that the right person was getting these emails. A man by the name Peter Lopez attended to me and my problem and i honestly say what started off as a 1 star nightmare took a complete turn into a great experience, the problem was not with the company but customs, i would strongly urge everyone to spend the little extra money on fedex shipment as this will make the pearl paradise a great experience, they actually care about their customers and thier products are amazing. i just recieved my pearl and i could be happier. again thank you so much Peter Lopez for taking the time to make sure everything worked out!!!!!
