Great customer service experience! My son needed prescription sunglasses for an upcoming international trip. Sylvia did a great job expediting the order so that we could have the glasses in time. She also found a less expensive frame for us. The manager even waived the overnight shipping fees! Thank you!

I have been coming here for 3 years. The first time I got the hard sell from the sales side on a pair of progressive vision glasses (distance, computer, and reading) which I couldn't get used to. I had them remade to single vision for distance, no refund offered for the extra I paid for the progressives. This year they made my glasses wrong (made reading glasses instead of single vision distance lenses). This year I also had problems with the doctor's office. I was supposed to get a prescription sent to my mail order pharmacy, waited 2 wks to find out they never sent it. Another week has gone by since I reminded them to send it, prescriptions don't take this long anywhere else. Also very hard to get the doctor's office on the phone (put on hold, transferred around).

I have been trying to get prescription sunglasses made for 2 months, but they keep screwing them up. First time, I picked out a frame, they told me my prescription should work in them, but when I went to pick them up there was no way it would ever fit me. Now I found a frame that works, but they can't get the prescription centered correctly, so half my vision is blurry. They must have one heck of a profit margin to be able to keep recutting lenses so many times (I think I'm up to 4 now). They usually tell me they'll "expedite" the new ones, but it always ends up taking 2+ weeks.

From the moment I walked in I was treated like a valued customer. My appointment was very smooth and the technician walked me through every step of the process. The doctor was very thorough when he explained the results of my exam, and encouraged me to ask questions. There were many frames to choose from, but Amira was able to quickly identify the perfect one for me! I love the pair she chose, and she worked with me until I was satisfied with all the add-ons to the frames that I could choose. My frames arrived in a reasonable time and when I went to pick them up, Amira made sure they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a vision practice. Dr. Chima was wonderful and very thorough throughout my entire exam. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The ladies helping me pick out my glasses found the perfect frames for me. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Customer service is terrible - I got put on hold multiple times, got told they would call me back about 4 different times, to finally get nothing accomplished. Understaffed or their staff only cares about instore purchases not issues on the phone.

Excellent Staff! Ask for Felicia, she has provided me outstanding customer service since the office was located near Randall Mall. She takes her time assisting you with new frames, product comparison and saving opportunities. Dr. Harmin Chima educated me during my exam about the different types of contact leans. If you value quality care and customer service, I recommend you visit Pearl Vision in Legacy Village!
