I have been using Perfectly Maid for about 3 years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The ladies that come to clean are always thorough, detail oriented and extremely personable. I love when it’s cleaning day! Coming home to a fresh clean home is the best feeling! I should also mention that the owner and office manager are a pleasure to work with. They are so professional and beyond accommodating. This is the best cleaning company I have ever used...hands down!

purpose of us using the service was not to have a weekly cleaning service but rather to have a deep clean a few times a year. Back at the end of April we had our initial cleaning. at this time an Easter decoration was broken. not a big deal as it was only a few dollars. however after they left and I had time to look at some areas there was just some things that I had spoken with the owner when she came out for our consultation that wasn't clean. I sent an email to the owner that afternoon to let her know that overall we were super happy with the services but that there were some things that being a deep cleaning we were looking for. I don't think these things were too much to ask for they were cleaning the base boards, wiping the light fixtures and cleaning the shower doors. I was assured that this must have been an oversight and was not typical of her company and it wouldn't happen in the future. overall we were happy and we scheduled our next cleaning for mid June. June came and the ladies that came to clean the house arrived when I was still there. I specifically asked them if they had notes in my file about what it was we were looking to have done since I keep a neat house and we really are looking for a deep clean. the girls assured me that they had notes and didn't need me to go through everything with them. I proceeded to leave that day and when I returned in the afternoon and we started to look through everything there was another item broken again not a huge deal it was just a piece of glass for a picture frame. However,many of the same things I wanted done we're not done. This time I have my husband call and speak to the owner because I was very frustrated feeling that I was assured that the things I was looking for which are included in a deep clean were not done. We were offered a 20% discount which was very considerate but again not something we were looking for. as I had mentioned on the phone to her the last time we just wanted our house clean not a discount. We also never submitted receiots for the items that were broke because we were not trying to get anything for free. The owner that spoke with my husband told him that she would be willing to come out prior to our next cleaning to make sure that we were on the same page for all future cleanings. We were more than satisfied with this. my husband is a super neat freak and isn't a big fan of cleaning companies to begin with, but felt overall they were doing a good job and that we just had a few minor things we wanted to get settled. I reached out today because I am getting ready to have a baby in 5 weeks I wanted to have a cleaning before the baby arrives. I thought it was odd that no one has reached out to me since we typically have had our next cleaning scheduled every few weeks. The owner reach back to me and said based on her notes from her conversations with myself and my husband that she could no longer be of service to us and could refer us to other companies. I feel very frustrated at the lack of professionalism. This was never mentioned on the phone that they would not be able to clean for us and I feel like they basically said they won't clean for us because we mentioned that there were things that we were told that would be clean that we're not done. I just think the whole thing is a lack of professionalism. so if you're looking for a company that only does a half cleaning when they are supposed to do a deep cleaning and doesn't want to hear of any issues then this is the company for you, but if you have any issues at all as minor as having your baseboards shower walls and light fixtures washed I would definitely find another company that takes pride in their work and isn't trying to make a quick buck.

Cleans house = a happy wife!! Thanks for making my marriage stress free Perfectly Maid! I could not think of a more perfect fit for my needs and what I need done at my house. You girls truly are the best!!! Everything including the baseboards and appliances is always spotless. Vacuum line designs for the win! Those little creative touches and attention to detail is what sets you above the rest!

I cannot say enough good things about the girls at Perfectly Maid! Every time they clean my house it is exactly what I am looking for. I come home to a “Perfectly maid” home and it’s so nice. They are very detail oriented and every time I talk with the girls in the office they are nothing but professional! Thank you guys for everything you do and keep up the great work! There is a reason you were voted Carroll’s Best!
