Have to give a star to review, but wouldn't have even given 1 star, your store in White Oak Pa is a joke, 3 appointment t made with groomer, 2 never put in the book, the 3rd I showed up at 950am with 2 dogs for a 10am appointment and there was nobody to check in my dogs, the manager ran out of the store after me and said she doesn't start till 10am, I said I'm sorry, why cant anyone check my dogs in at 950am, one is 70lbs, the other is 25lbs, if they have a 10am appt, shouldn't someone be able to check my dogs in at 950am, not an easy chore with someone with breathing issues to take in 2 dogs and then load them back in the car and have to take them home, this store is 2 min from my home but I will go to Monroeville 7 miles away and take my business elsewhere....never step foot in there again
