I would like to start of by saying that the staff is friendly. However, with that being said...My dog would always have items missing from her bag when I would pick her up. Most recently she wasn't given the proper amount of food and medication provided, even with written instructions. If your expectation is to board your dog at a place that provides your dog special attention or proper care, I wouldn't recommend Pet Spot. The only reason why they have received two stars instead of one is because the Manager has informed me that they have brought in new management in hopes of improving things internally within the company.

I have been taking my two dogs here for at least the last four years. They take great care of them with lots of grooming and play options. After all this time, many of the employees are the same which I appreciate. Good value, too.

They do a decent job and our dogs always have fun while there. Only complaint I have is that there is a noticeable funk in the entire building that the dogs will bring home with them. I get that it is a dog joint, but still, there have to be better cleaning and air freshening products and methods they could use.

My dogs love it here. We take them to the daycare once a week or so, and it's honestly ther only way we can get them tuckered out for the next day or so. The daycare rewards program is awesome, and it's honestly the only business we trust for boarding our pets as well!

Very upscale dog spa! If you're looking to provide that extra level of care to your furry ones, look no further. First impression was fantastic! Fairly new facility with very bright colors. I will say the front desk could have more smiles to ease the transition of leaving your pets. During their stay, they provide you daycare summaries which is super cute.
