David Gay inspected our home in July. He was on time and did a thorough inspection of all components of the house. He explained what he was looking for in each component. If there were any concerns, he explained whether it need to be repaired or replaced. He gave us a thorough home inspection report. We highly recommend David and Pillar to Post for a home inspection.

James did a wonderful job on my home inspection. I was my first time purchasing a home. My report included all major and minor items that needed to be corrected. It was a comfort going into my closing knowing all items were corrected per his inspection suggestions.

Awful - he took over from an older guy who did a great job for me years ago. He assured me it would be the same quality inspection for my new house - it was not. I have now had a few expensive roof issues since then, that they should have caught. I paid almost $1k for a report that said a door was sticky and a faucet should be fixed.
