Called corporate office to ask a question about a product, and there is no way to connect to anyone directly unless you know their extension. Additionally, when I pressed *0 to see if I could get a live person, it stated they were on holiday hours for labor day (it is now nearly November).
SCAMMERS A friend of mine used my debit card at the Farmington, NM branch two years ago. They have been charging me $96 a month since. I cannot contact them by the number on the website to resolve the situation. You cannot talk to a real person in corporate. It's all electronic, email, etc.I have no receipts or acknowledgment of what I paid for. I came across the charges while looking at a bank statement from my accountant.
This is regards to the Sherwood Park, Alberta location Dealiing with the staff at this location has been nightmarish and heinous. My account was double charged, for several months. I sent an email, notifying management my intent to terminate membership. My account was still charged. I have tried to talk with Sarah, the manager. Who's people skills are abhorrent. I have talked with their accouting dept, they dont even know what I have paid. How is that lack of knowledge even possible? I have asked to talk with the owner. The jolting response from the owner to staff, that was conveyed to me "I dont speak to customers, my manager does". My intent is to fight this lack of customer concern and disregard to the fullest. The total torpor for my problem is unbelievable. Not only would I not recommend this place of business. I would CAUTION anyone concidering using them. I would encourage responses back to me, so we can possible go after this on a larger scale. Their contemptuouos, derisory regard for customers is astonishing. Madison North
