Dishonest , Unfair, terrible Service... These guys charged me $350 for visual inspection for used carpet cleaning truck mount that i purchased. after few month i had to go back there for another problem, they never diagnosed the unit correctly and ordered a part that took 2-3 weeks to get , after installing the part the problem was not resolved and they said that i had to order another part or device. paid another $350 for the diagnosis... $700 no tune up... nothing Basically what they do they park your van and equipment in the warehouse and tell you that it will take half of a day to do basic tune up or diagnosis , to justify the expensive bill ... I found another honest service provider that they did a great job , so "Planet "Clean"" How Clean is the Money that you Gain ???!!!
