Jeff (the owner) is a very kool, down to earth guy. When there will help you as if he is one of the workers. Ever worker I've met there recently has an outstanding sense of customer service an understanding of gamer etiquette and lingo. If a GameStop was next to my house and Play N Trade was 30 minutes away, I would still drive to Play N Trade. Plus they do rentals and classic games/systems.

Very nice workers but the only problem I have with them is 4 times I have bought a game got home and the game didn't work at all I check the disc and its always scratched or damaged some type of way
