There is a nurturing, helping, care giving, and knowledgeable atmosphere that is conducive to serious 'positive changes' in one's thinking about the consumption of food. The world would be a better place if more people took advantage of this program. America would have fewer health care concerns if our citizens could live by the principles they promote.
