Overall Feedback:
I am doing the training for my brother, who will open the store in NYC. It seems like they charge a lot for equipments and fixtures and throw you a big amount for shipping when you can get these things shipped to your store for free if you buy from 3rd party. If you buy a plastic flower from China for a buck they ship it to you for free. Amazon, Jet, Macys, Walmart, Overstock (furniturs) and other companies does free shipping for $35 purchase. I don't think it is a good idea to charge your franchisee a lot for 3rd party stuffs since they will generate a lot of revenue for you. I was thinking to open a 2nd franchise for me as well but I am little confused now. Will update the review when we open the store in couple of months.
