After faxing important,CONFIDENTIAL papers from their location the papers were never received. When I called to ask what I could do about it the phone disconnected. A week later I dropped off a package for UPS, the receipt had UPS. A week later the package was sent to ME with a note that it was sent USPS not UPS. After going to Post Net to find out what happened, the explanation was the Mail Carrier must have grabbed it from the UPS area.I am hoping the package will get where it needs to go. I never had these problems before.
