I am so impressed with the speedy response from Kim, and was a little nervous to hire Frank / handyman for two days to help prep for the sale of my house. He exceeded beyond my expectations and so happy with all of the work that he did. I listed my house two days after he left, and sold it within 72 hours. I truly believe that it wouldn't have happened this quick if I hadn't hired Prep'n Sell. Would highly recommend!

Kim and Frank Scott were professional amd reliable from the get go. They saw our vision and worked hard to meet our expectations. From design and shopping consultations to numerous phone calls and texts to make sure things were going as planned and schedule they were responsive and always there to discuss every aspect of the renovation. The end result was even better than we could have asked for and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use their services again in the future!

I was quite impressed by the quick response which I received from Prep'n Sell. We had an emergency whereby we needed to have a Condo cleaned as the new tenants were moving in the next day. Suffice it to say Mr. Dave Collier (President) came to our rescue by realizing our predicament and went out of his way to reschedule their appointments to fit us in. Dave sent in his people (Ron and Crew) and they did an amazing job of cleaning and preparing the apartment for the new tenants. This is nothing short of going above and beyond on such short notice and truly deserves a 5+ STAR** rating.
