Extremely underbaked pretzels. So gooey it was like eating straight dough. No wonder why they put up the sign warning about the possibility of food-borne illness. Employees were unfriendly and more focused on leaving for the day than on making the food correctly.

I've never had a problem with this place before. In fact, the service is usually good and the food, while sometimes a bit doughy, was never bad enough for me to complain about. However, I went there today to get what I always do, a large drink and a large pretzel bites. The guy getting my order started pushing the regular sized drink, saying it was cheaper. Now, anyone who knows anything about the sizes of drink cups knows that a smaller size is cheaper, that's just common sense. I tried to tell him I just wanted my large drink. He decided to give me the regular anyway and I didn't feel like continuing to argue about it because it was obvious he did not care what I had to say on the matter. I won't be going back for a while, the fact my request was completely ignored leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'll definitely never go back if that same guy is working there.

The service is great, don't usually wait more than a minuet to get whatever I want and it's usually fresh and delicious, I definitely recommend going if you like pretzels.
