The customer service at Printwell is OUTSTANDING!! I have been in the promotional product business for 30 plus years and have dealt with alot of suppliers and these guys go above and beyond to make sure orders are done correctly and on time! There is no place else in Ottawa I will go to for my promo needs :)

Worst customer service ever!! When you walk in they barely greet you and look as if you are bothering them.

Was personally helped by the owner (Mike), who took it upon himself to scan hundreds of photos for my grandmother's funeral procession. Mike further organized these photos on multiple flash drives, which he was able to neatly label (i.e. name of grandmother; year of birth and death). All this was done within a day, and with exceptional customer service, courtesy, and genuine condolences.

My wife used printwell to print her programs and something went wrong and under all the stress she reared her ugly head in a bridezilla sort of way. Printwell still went above and beyond to help her resolve the issue and treated her very well ...it meant so much to both of us....printwells customer service is the best in the biz. Printwell did a an exceptional job helping me with my family through the passing of a family member. They were not only very supportive but got pictures and prints done for my family within a day as I needed it asap, would recommend Printwell to everyone as they care very much about their customers and they are a family business.

Everything was fine except the prices. 30 Dollars for scanning and printing 10 or 11 pages (including using the computer for about 40 minutes) seems to be pretty expensive..
