Feedback:

you better be a flooring expert because they aren't - They sold me flooring that was over 5.00 a square foot because it said "pet" on it... well, that expensive flooring was thrashed by my 80lb dog before it was finished being installed. - when ALL I EVER SAID WAS - "I want flooring that will stand up to a 100 lb dog".... even w/ 20lbs of margin - - they sold me on the most expensive stuff... I'm a very disappointed customer - but, they are very friendly. - just not very knowledgeable
