We had a very frustrating experience with ProSource and will not be back. The wrong accent tile was ordered for us despite my specific order listing which items I wanted. When it was exchanged, we then again received the wrong item. After three weeks, we finally received the correct accent tile and then were told it would cost extra despite the fact that it was originally quoted as costing less per sq foot in our original quote. They then decided to call it even instead. The mistakes cost us quite a bit of time on our bathroom remodeling project and also a lot of frustration. We only received a vague apology from the account manager after the whole ordeal. We definitely did not feel valued or well-communicated with as a customer here and we do not plan to return.
