Went to ProSource to buy carpet for some stairs. Associate, Kevin, helped me. I gave him exact measurements for my project.First off, he sold me the wrong carpet as it would not work for my application. This was described to me by the carpet layer that was given to me by Kevin at ProSource. When I contacted Kevin about the problem, he was unwilling to take the carpet back in exchange for something that 'would' work. After making alterations to my stairs in order to make the carpet work and after installation, we found that Kevin had way over-estimated the amount of carpet needed. I had this huge amount of carpet left over. What a waste of money! Be very careful, ProSource is just a bunch of 'salesmen' wanting to make a sale. They don't stock product, just order it for you...and not very good at that either. Look elsewhere.
