Absolutely unsatisfactory.All the wardrobes have deformed in less than a year and very poor customer service.The quality of the material is very cheap but the price paid for it is equal to well renowned companies like Godrej interio.Having experiencing MDF for almost 10 years without any complications apart from general maintenance at our old house by another dealer, we went with MDF by cute kitchen which started giving problems like deformity and alignment issues.The owner wrongly claims that it was previously indicated to us about the quality of wood being used.But a person paying in lakhs for the wardrobes and kitchen wouldn’t mind paying extra in thousands if it was indicated well in advance as we don’t want any compromise in quality.Not sure if we are the only customer with such issues. But the service and the response from the owner is very bad.Will definitely not recommend to any family or friends with such personal experience as we are very disappointed.
