I visited Radiance Medspa the other day and while I was checking out Sydney noticed I had several points from brilliant distinctions. She took the time to help me change my password so we could get in and then download the app so I could reference anytime I wanted. Sydney was so helpful and patient, she is a real asset to the spa, and she is also a nail technician. Everyone there is so helpful I love going there.
