My room wasn't fully cleaned and house keeping tried to barge in unannounced shortly after I checked in. I mentioned it to front desk staff later that night and he didn't seem to care. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Everything else was amazing and the rest of the staff was so kind and helpful. Had I had a clean room upon arrival, or given one after I mentioned it, I would have given 5 stars.

We were offered an upgrade to executive floor because we arrived so early. We accepted the upgrade only to realize we were placed in an accessible room. This is fine, however, the shower head hit me at the chest and my husband at his waist. …Read more on Hotels.com

Nice hotel...horrible housekeeping and front desk manager! Was charged a fee for something I never did! Then when I went right back to the hotel to verify the supposed issue...the room was already occupied after talking to both housekeeping and front desk staff and told I could do a walk through with staff.

No view from room. Parking is additional. Valet parking is double self park. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location and Fire Lake was very nice to have right there attached to the hotel. Nice to be able to leave luggage with desk after checking .

Das Hotel ist super mitten in Downtown gelegen; sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; große, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer mit tollen Betten, großes, schönes Bad; Check In und Check Out sehr freundlich, auch außerhalb der "normalen" Zeiten. WLAN einwandfrei.
