Feedback:
Horrible company, terrible service. I've been travelling for many years and have stayed at many Wyndham properties. Most are fanchised out to foreigners who run them into the ground. Wyndham doesn't care. the last and I mean last place I stayed at was a Baymont and in the morning I found a large blood stain on my sheet which was hidden otherwise I would have found it before I went to bed. also had bug bites the next day on my legs and feet. I showed pics to the franchise owner and he didn't give a rip, he offered me 10% off. So I went to Wyndham corporate to the CEO and Wyndham hotel president and all they did was offer 20-30% off my room. Are you freakin' kidding me? You can still get infections and diseases from dried blood plus the bug bites. They should be on their knees hoping I don't sue them. There's no accountability, no nothing. And speaking of their timeshares, someone made a comment you should run like the wind. I have had the opportunity to stay at a Wyndham timeshare and I found it to be mediocore and not well maintained. Fortunately I didn't get suckered into buying a timeshare that is almost impossible to get out of which then you will be paying maintainance fees for the rest of your life whether you use it or not. They tried, I had no more walked into the timeshare and the phone rang inviting me to a lunch the next day so they could pitch their garbage. I hadn't even set my bags down yet. So yes I agree with the other person's comment. Anything that has to do with Wyndham...run...run....run...the other way and fast.

Does not stand behind their hotels! Had an awful experience at one of their hotels Aug 26th and have spent until today(Sept 18th) awaiting their multiple promises of a call back after not being able to stay at one of their hotels due to health hazards from filth in the room, fraudulent use of my credit card by staff, and a nightmare of an experience and just got told when I called back again that I needed to deal with the hotel directly even though they know the hotel manager isn’t answering calls or returning messages. Given the name and number for the hotel owner and advised the number probably does not work. Consumers Beware!

Due to the death of my dad, we asked for reservations for those coming from out of town for the funeral. We went in 24 hours before they were to arrive and cancelled some of the rooms that we did not need. When I got my credit card bill, they not only charged me for the rooms we used but for all the cancelled rooms also + there were errors to their favor on all but three rooms! I spoke to Wyndham Corporate Customer Service (concern # 4036353 and they washed their hands of the whole deal because I had already spoken to the manager. I even went to BBB and I got no satisfaction. DON’T STAY HERE!!! THEY OVERCHARGE YOU AND YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO ANY OF IT BACK!. THEIR BOOKKEEPING IS REALLY UNETHICAL.

If it was possible to give no Stars I would, Baymont Inn and suites, Fort Walton Beach Florida, UNLIVABLE! Asked to be moved to another hotel told yes, points would be transferred by several employees, never happened. We ended up paying over $300.00 for a one night stay.

I REFUSE TO STAY IN ANY WYNDHAM HOTELS! Last year I had a prepaid reservation at the Baymont by Wyndham in Seabrook, TX. It was not too long after Harvey had hit Houston and I had called 2 days prior to make sure that they would be able to keep my reservation. They said "No Problem. Come on down we would be happy to have you" Well the day of my reservation, I got a call. "Terribly sorry ole boy but I am afraid we have to cancel your reservation".So there I am North of Houston and scrambling to find a place to stay. I eventually found a room at another Wyndham hotel (Super 8) in La Porte, TX. They gouged me for that room. $125 for a room that normally goes for around $50. I really hope they enjoyed answering to the Texas Attorney General for that one.You know what is really bad about all of this? If they had called my the day before, or when I called, and said that they needed to cancel my reservation; I would have been cool with that. "No problem I have a plan B." is what they would have heard. I guess expecting service was a bit too much.In the mean time Motel 6, Choice Resorts, and other hotels will get my business. It will be a long long time before I do business with Wyndham again!

they should rename themselves to the Wyndham World-Worst EVER! Go there if you'd like to sleep with a roach or eat them in your eggs.

My wife and daughter stayed at three Wyndham properties on their way from Colorado to Main. As a retired executive from Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, I know a little something about the hospitality industry, apparently Wyndham does not. All three properties where in disrepair, unkept, and in general at most a two star properties. If you think the name Wyndham sounds like a property on the level of Hampton, Marriott, Hyatt etc. it is not. Avoid this name at all costs, you will surely be disapointed. You may as well stay at Motel Six.

Terrible customer service . Even after you connect with the right team there is nothing. They practically put you on the back burner. Best slogan PAY UP OF ELSE. RESTRICTION

Check your children’s phones. Do not trust this company. They Keep calling a minor’s phone trying to entice them to come to their hotels with free mini vacations. The number is on the national do not call list. No one at the corporate level cares to help. All you get is we do not handle that in this department.

WOW I was really upset the way that I was treated Saturday evening. I thought it was personal until I read all of these reviews. I booked 6 rooms for my wedding in September, however when I arrived at the Ramada in East Orange on Evergreen Place to give my card, the two ladies behind the desk were very nonchalant, and rude. My fiance noticed a dirty sock in the lobby, and said something. The females response was"If the dirty sock disgust you, why do you want to stay here." When my Lawyer called the other female told my lawyer this is a 2 star hotel why do they even want to stay here. I was told they have no rooms for Sept 8. Then when I left, and booked online the female called five minutes later, and said we have cxl your reservations, find somewhere else to stay. I literally cried. These are rooms for my family coming out of town for a wedding. These people do not care, and wont hesitate to basically say we are privately owned we can treat you how we want! one star just because I have to in order to post!
